By placing an order through mosaichamilton.ca, you agree to the following terms. Read carefully before you check out — especially the part about being 19+.

Alcohol Sales

• You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase alcohol.

• We’ll verify your age and ID at the time of pick-up. No exceptions.

• If we can’t confirm your age, we won’t hand over your order and you won’t be refunded.

Pick-Up Only

• All orders are pick-up only at Mosaic, located at 431 Barton Street East, Hamilton. 

• We don’t offer delivery or shipping at this time.

• Pick-up times are during the bar’s regular operating hours.

Unclaimed Orders

We recommend picking up your order within 30 days of the available pick-up date. If an order is left unclaimed after that, we reserve the right to dispose of it or resell the items. No refunds will be issued.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change-of-mind, missed pick-ups, or ID issues.

Legal Stuff

We are fully licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operate in accordance with Ontario liquor laws. Purchases made through this site are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
